1. Reservation - Reservation is confirmed only after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. - The balance must be paid at least 14 days before arrival. 2. Cancellation - Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will result in the refund of the deposit. - Cancellations made 29 to 14 days before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. - Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will not provide any refund. 3. Arrival and Departure - Check-in time is from 3pm to midnight. For arrivals after 8pm, advance notice is required. - Check-out time is by 11:00. 4. Use of the Property - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. - Smoking is prohibited inside the house. - Pets are allowed only with prior authorization. 5. Liability - The holiday home is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during your stay. - Guests are required to respect safety regulations and report any problems. 6. Changes to the Terms - We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests. 7. Applicable Law - These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the country in which the holiday home is located.
